Fortiweb Alert for OWA -Illegal character (0x07) in URL Parameter Value

Hi

We just deployed fortiweb for OWA 2016 and the default exchange 2016 protection profile .Getting many Illegal character (0x07) in URL Parameter Value and Illegal character (0x08) in URL Parameter Value alerts.

Any idea how to fix.There is option for exception in the message .Is it right way to fix this issue .

I am new to FWB , my firmware is 6.0 .
