Fortiweb 5.7.1 upgrade

Hi,

Currently I'm using 5.5.4 but I would like to upgrade Fortiweb. The newest version is 5.8.0 but it is new and I'm afraid to use it. Does anyone use 5.7.1 version? Is it stable?

It is strange that version 5.5. has 5 pathes (last one 5.5.5) but 5.6. and 5.7 only one (5.6.1 and 5.7.1). Do you know why?

Hi Kole,

Revisions that used to an appliance is because of adding new features and removing appeared bugs.

In version 5.x we saw more differences in fortiweb structure and great support of fortinet team cleared fixed some bugs and finally released final version in version 6.x. then after bug fixes and adding new features, it is true that fortinet has nothing to change in fortiweb structure, so new versions has less revisions.

be sure that you can trust to fortinet teams, I installed version 5.8 successfully and after UI changed, I realy enjoy to use this version.

Thanks. I see new patch 5.8.1. Maybe this is the best choise now.
