FortiWAN 200b Bandwidth

We bought a FortiWAN 200b, base on the datasheet the device has a 200mb bandwidth and upgradeable up to 600mb. But upon checking the deivce it has only 60mb, do we need to buy a license key to make it a 200mb bandwidth? We already bought a license key for Support / Maintenance / Subscription.
