FortiVPN for iPhone Not Working

I opened a TAC case and they said my VPN was working fine but I cannot get it to work with my iPhone.   I am thinking of starting over and deleting the VPN configurations.   

I appreciate anyone's help as to where do I delete everything on my iPhone and start over and where is the iPhone guide?
