FortiVoice 20E4 - Can't Log In to User Portal - Strange Dialog Box

I just inherited a 20E4. Apparently it has been a while since anyone logged into a User Portal. When I tried, I got a dialog box that says "Softclient API login succeeded." Screenshot attached. When you click "OK", it just goes back to the login screen.
I'm remote to this PBX and I'm hesitant to reboot without being there. Any suggestions? There are no problems accessing the administration portal, however, there are some panels that don't show because they are Flash. This unit is running 5.3.22 firmware.
