FortiVM dedicated Mgmt interface

I just spin up a FortiVM for testing purposes. I realized that I can't make my port1 as a dedicated management interface. The command "set dedicated-to management" is not available under the port1 config. I did research and I found another global level command "config system dedicated-mgmt" but it is not available to me either.

Is this by design?
