Fortiview "No matching entries found"

We have been having a big problem with viewing any data in fortiview or log & report. When drilled down to a source/destination or anything else we need to see, clicking that item and it will show that there's no matching entries found.

Here's an example:

When clicking the yellow destination that shows there are items blocked, the entries found error appears. This happens anywhere when viewing any sort of log.
