Fortitoken on 5.4.1

Anyone have any issues getting Fortitokens working on 5.4, i tested this when on 5.2 with radius users via an MS NPS server and it worked no problem.

I've imported the tokens and assigned one to a user, got the registration code which i entered on the mobile token on my phone, the token then goes from pending to active, when i logon with the user account i don't get prompted for the token code. 

Petty sure this is what i did before, wondering is there something new in 5.4 that i'm missing. anyone had similar issue let me kn ow, thanks.
