FORTITOKEN Mobile Registration of Key on my new iPhone6 APP

Hi,

I just changed my mobile phone to a new Apple iPhone6S and try to reconfigure Fortitoken Mobile App

I connect to my Fortigate and send the activation key by SMS

Now I don't know on the Mobile APP where to use they key received by SMS

The only screen displayed asked for "Add Account" ? I try all the menu and Windows but didn't find any place to use the Key ?
