FortiToken Mobile missing from Apple App Store

New version was pushed last night from App store, v4.1.0.0067.  One user complained that this reset her token to nothing but not sure if that is accurate as it did not happen on other devices.  The major problem is that we are in the middle of a deployment and the app is no longer displayed in the Apple App store.  SLOPPY!!!  Please fix ASAP!
