Fortiswitch NAC Policy assign VLAN-Policy

I'm playing with the NAC policy's on fortiswitch and have one built, everything works for me except I can't for the life of me figure out where you build VLAN policy's to have them show up in the list for the port specific settings. (See screenshot below)
