FortiSwitch 108D-POE failure

Hello,

 

I rebooted my 108D-POE and now it isn't working anymore. Only port 1 shows a green light when I put a cable in it. All the other ports show a fade amber light (see picture). It does not respond when a cable is inserted.

The reset button does not work. After 10-15 seconds nothing happens. Port 1 replies to ip 192.168.1.99 but I cannot start the GUI.

 

Any ideas?

    Have you contacted Fortinet support yet concerning this issue?

    If it's got an external power supply you could test a replacement PSU. I suspect the PSU has failed. Open a support case anyway.
