FortiSIEM Send Empty Emails

I had upgraded my FortiSIEM to 6.5.0.1511 after I upgraded the FortiSIEM I faced the following issue ( Trigger events are empty for some incidents in notification emails) and as mentioned in the release note this issue will resolve in FortiSIEM 6.5.0 and the BUG ID is ( 773472 ) it looks like regression BUG, there's any workaround available for this issue?

Hello @M_zuhair96,

 

                     Thanks for reaching Fortinet Community. I went through the Bug details internally and it seems like the back end team has specified that there is no workaround but to upgrade the firmware of the device.

 

0773472: Trigger events are empty for some incidents in the notification emails.

Resolved In 6.5.0:1504
