FortiSIEM root password unknown

We have received a FortiSIEM 2200g to work alongside our Fortianalyser,  however on initial setup we aren't able to login to root to start the config, we can console on and serial on to it but its not accepting the root pwd of ProspectHills or admin*1 how can we force a factory reset to start setup again and gain root access? Thanks for any help
