Why is FortiSIEM not receiving or parsing logs properly from FortiGate even though syslog forwarding is configured?

Not receiving means something blocking the logs (e.g. some firewall) or routing issue or simply FGT is not sending. You can confirm with sniffer.

Not parsing shouldn’t happen since FSM natively recognizes FGT logs.
