Fortirecorder viewer user

To whom it may concern,

I am meeting a problem with the user’s access rights.

In fact, I have a Fortirecorder 100D with 5 forticams (4 x FD40 and 1 FD20).

The problem is that the « Viewer User » does not see anything which is absurds for a user identified as « viewer user».

On Firefox / Chrome, it is a blank (empty) web page and the user sees a « black screen » with the loading circle on IE and Edge.

Moreover, it does not display the recording video : if we are connected as « Monitor => Video Monitor », we can watch the recording videos.

I have created a new « viewer user » (which is called ViewerBis) with read&write access in the « camera view » and also in « camera configuration » but it does not change anything. It does not work.

When I use those users (Viewer and ViewerBis) on a mobile I can watch 5 cameras and their records.

I do not understand the problem, can you please contact me to solve it ?

The computers are on Windows 64bit flash + java 32&64.
