FortiProxy manage desktop application

Hello Team,

 

Question about FortiProxy

When using the browser the login banner comes out correctly and so far so good. But when desktop applications are used (such as arubasign or acrobat reader for digital signature verification rather than other applications) they do not work. How do I handle these exceptions? Is there an agile way to do this?
How do you configure fortiproxy to make it handle desktop applications?
