Fortiproxy does not block wetransfer.com

I have to block filesharing and storage. It works with dropbox.
But wetransfer.com is still shown, even when lookup rating tells me it is "filesharing and storage".
But sometimes it blocks the short-url we.tl. 
Any suggestions?
