FortiPresence with dynamic IP address on client

Is there any valid way of configuring a RADIUS client within FortiPresence that will support the use of a dynamic-IP address from the client end? Ideally I would be able to use my fortiddns.com hostname associated to the client.

I would rather not use FortiCloudAP as a workaround.
