Fortipresence End User Experience

We have setup Fortipresence using Facebook authentication. It appears to be functional, but it is pretty ugly. There are too many screens to click through, and the Facebook login page doesn't load images. Some users will just blow past that page causing their login to fail. I feel as though something is not configured correctly. Fortinet support has already looked at this configuration a couple of times and claimed that the config is fine. It sounds like Fortinet doesn't really have many people who are experienced in Fortipresence. Looking for input from people who have actually seen these "in the wild"
