Fortiplanner not show AP 423E Live Service

Hi all, I wanted to see if someone has the same problem with Fortiplanner. I am using version 2.6.3 Build 0391 and when trying to visualize in the modality of Live Services the AP 423E, these are not informed by the Fortigate which is of model 600D with version 6.0.4, I have 80AP 421E which if they are visualized without any problem, but those of line 423E that are 10 are not displayed. Does anyone know that you might be able to help me?

    Update this information to tell you that the problem is the version of Fortiplanner 2.6.3 build 0391, after several days with a ticket in the factory they sent me a test version in which this problem does not occur, unfortunately there is no date output of this new version so the only way to get it is through a ticket with factory.
