Fortiplanner not see in Live Services AP421E and 423E

Hello, I am doing a Fortiplanner2 installation and when I try to see the FortiAP 421E devices from the fortiplanner these do not appear in the Live Services tab, only i can attach in the floor Plan and WiFi Planner. installation: 1 x Fortigate 600D - 5.6.2 70 x FortiAP 421E - 5.6.1 Fortiplanner 2.6.1 build 0377 someone has had a similar problem. I have performed other tests with the AP 320C, 220B and 221C and these do work correctly in the Fortiplanner.
