FortiOS 6.25 - Sip port forwarding issue - Inspection already disabled

Afternoon All

I am having a strange issue forwarding WAN UDP Sip Traffic to port 5060, if I setup a NAT hairpin loopback it works perfectly. I also have other ports forwarded and they work perfectly.

Any ideas as to where I can start looking for an answer ?
