FortiOS 6.0 with 60D and offload issues

So I have a 60D that I decided to try 6.0 on. Everything appears to be running just fine with the exception that none of my WAN or IPSEC sessions are showing as offloaded.   All policies have auto-asic-offload enabled and the IPSEC tunnel is using aes-128 and sha1 for both phase 1 and phase 2 parameters.   For NAT's traffic on the WAN (using WAN1) interface and IPSEC tunnel traffic I have: no_ofld_reason:  non-npu-intf  and state=may_dirty   The firewall is set with ports 1-7 in a software switch config. Not sure if this might be causing an issue.
