FortiNet VPN Program Update - Forgot my password for logging back in.

My company did a recent update to our VPN program but I cannot get it to take effect because I don't know what my password is.

Is there a way to reset your password to a new one?

its usually your AD password, same as the Windows/laptop credentials, otherwise contact your IT dept.
