Fortinet VPN connected but not able to ping remote IP in windows 8.1

Hello Experts,

 

I installed the Latest version of Fortinet VPN in my windows 8.1 laptop.

I am able to connect the VPN. But I am not able to ping the remote IP.

Can you help on this?

    hi,

     

    which remote IP?

    If you ping the remote FGT ping must be allowed first on the WAN interface.

    I want to access the system in different country. They told to install the Fortinet client. I installed in my windows 7 box and able to connect the VPN and also able to access that server.

     

    But I did the same in my widows 8.1 laptop. but able to connect vpn but not able to access(ping) that server
