Fortinet VM single VM at Azure cloud

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum and my very first post.

Not an expert in Fortinet products, my ask below.

1. If I have to use bring your license for Fortigate virtual firewall at Azure Do I need a virtual machine to host it or does the product from Azure market place is in a docker or container so that I don't need to invest on VM?

2. If I buy Fortigate virtual firewall single VM , 2vCPU  is the cost mentioned ( 532.90 CAD) inclusive of VM or docker/container?
