fortinet ssl vpn client send/receive freezes

Hi Team,

We have upgraded forti OS 6.2.9 to 6.4.6; after that forti vpn users are connect with VPN but suddenly send/receive bytes freezes automatically for some time.

Please help for forti client version which compatible with FGT OS 6.4.6.

And help to setup a stable SSL vpn configuration for this OS.

We are using split tunnel mode.

Hi,

As I understood the issue is after the FortiOS upgrade, right?

Do you try to upgrade FortiClient too, to version 6.4.8 for example?

Yes, We are using forti client version 7.0.3.0193 for Windows & 7.0.3.0131 for MAC.

But still, we are facing this issues.

 

VPN not disconnect only send & receive bytes freeze due to all vpn dependent services stopped.

Hi DK,

 

were able to find the root cause of the issue, I`m observing same issue with 7.0.3 and 7.0.7. My EMS server is on 7.0.6.
