Fortinet Sandbox 1000D and Connection to Fortinet

Hi,

i need help.

We have Fortigate200E(v6.0.1 build0131) and Sandbox100D (v3.0.1,build0029).

The problem is, that its not possible connect to the Fortinet Service, for example for Upgrade the VMs and other things, but updating the AV Signature its possible.

The logs says "Unable to access USG web filter server" or "VM Upgrade: failed to get vm upgrade file of version 3.0.1 from https://fsavm.fortinet.net"

Interesting is, that i see on the analyzer only DNS requests not more, on the Fortigate its allowed for the Sandbox use the Internet
