I need access to a business critical website that my company is paying for but Fortinet has marked it as malicious.

I tried multiple times to submit an appeal through the following sites

https://url.fortinet.net/rate/submit.php

https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit

But have not heard back in weeks. Please help!

Hey thanks for the quick reply.

The issue is that we use this product to send document to our clients. I need them to be able to access the site as well. Since their Fortinet customers, they're not able to access it.

This service is critical to our business.

I tried multiple times to submit an appeal through the following site multiple times with no success:

https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit

Please help!

you can suggest to them, if they are using webfiltering, to do the same as a workaround until a permanent fix.

contact your local Fortinet representative and ask them to escalate it in the mean time.

This is the right page for re-classification request.

https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit

If it doesn't work for you then you may use this page to ask them to explain why your site is not re-classified.

Hope it helps.

Submitting an appeal is one thing, you need to make sure that the site itself is not counted as malicious in general and not just fortinet.
