Fortinet Fortimail 200E License question

Good day

I am looking at purchasing a Fortimail 200E appliance and I see you you can still get a Forticare license per year. 

My question is, if I purchase it for a year and in a years time I want to renew, will I be able to or will I have a device that is no longer usable or can I renew it year on year for the next 5 years, one year after another?

Sorry if this question has been answered, I can't find any solid answers.

Another question, will the Fortinet Fortimail 200E work with a Fortigate Firewall 61F?
