Fortinet Firewall 10D running in transparent mode-Removing DSCP tag value

Firewall 100D is running in transparent mode between two network. Network A(COre LTE) Network B(Client). I see the dscp value before entring the FW but FW is removing the DSCP value and other end I see DSCP as 0x00 .   If we bypass the Firewall (remove the FW cables),Traffic works fine with dscp. I already tried enabling diff-serv forward,rev and diffre-service code command on both way policies (see below).
