Fortinet EMS v7.0.6 build 0358 License assignment not synced for some users

Hello, i got an issue with user's licence on my ems, I should have one license for each user but for some of them I have, for example, "licensed 2 verified 1" and also if I go in the unverified user section I cannot find the same user between them. I'll attach some pictures for better understanding.

hi,

if your EMS setup doesnt require connection to EMS via Invitation code for FortiClient, meaning anyone with the IP address or hostname of EMS can connect to it, then users will appear unverified - https://community.fortinet.com/t5/Support-Forum/Fortiems-unverified-users/td-p/228163 

 

maybe there is another profile/user created locally on that workstation or that logs in and uses EMS, you can check by going to Endpoints > All Endpoint , identify the computer in question and somewhere next to it you would see a username dropdown, click it and select Show All, which should give you another user that might use this computer.

Thanks a lot for the reply, but this is not my focus issue, let me try to explain better, as you can see from the first picture attached for the user 'gioiar' the EMS has assigned two licenses (licensed 2 verified 1) but it should be assigned only one (licensed 1 verified 1). It seems like the syncronization for the licenses is not working fine (already tried to resync all of them). In this way the EMS is occupyng free license's slot on more than one user.
