I need to monitor a logs of 1Device Fortinet 40F But Forti Analyzer cost is so high then what is the secondary option

Logs in the memory can be seen via GUI. They still offer 7 days 1GB/day free log retention at FortiCloud as well if you point them to it. If you can't afford to pay for more retention, you can always use any free syslog server.

Forti Cloud is free for use or we need to purchase and also confirm for how much days logs we can store on cloud

I already answered you above, 7 days, 1GB/day with free subscription. Also I saw you posted the detail of FortiCloud's log retention subscription in your different post. For the prices for additional retention, you should contact a reseller in your area.

How is the cost high? Isn't FortiAnalyzer free for up to 5 devices?

No, FortiAnalyzer does not offer a free version for managing up to 5 devices. While a limited, free trial license is available, it restricts the number of managed devices, typically to 3. This free trial also limits log processing to 1GB per day. To manage more devices or process more logs, a paid license is required.
