FortiNAC VM Default Root Password

Hello

I have FortiNAC VM on VMware

what is the default root password for it?

.

and also when i try to open the web based GUI i get this message instead of the normal login fields

Processes are Down

any idea of how to solve this?

    Please check the License

    Follow the steps ,

    login to CLI and type "logs" ,then "cat output.master"

    Verify the output to correct the license issue

    A license is wrong, but what is a valid license? Or what could it be?

    Is this a new setup? Did you go through the .../configWizard?

    M0SRG,

    There is no default password for the CLI.  This password after going through the https://<fnac ip>:8443/configWizard.  Default login for the config Wizard in config/config.  You will then need to input the license downloaded from your Fortinet support portal.  You will then need to setup the FortiNAC.  After this is done and you have rebooted, then the GUI login will appear.  root/YAMS is the default credentials for the GUI.
