I want to update my FortiNAC 500F (from 7.2.4 to 7.4 ) ,are these steps correct
I tried all the protocols

The information in the fields appears correct. Using HTTPS may also be more firewall friendly.
Do you receive any specific error?

You can also check from CLI if the update server is reachable:
