FortiNAC system updates failure

Hey members,

 

I have been trying to upgrade my FortiNAC server from v7.4.0.0427 (GA) to 7.4.1.0451 but its failing.

I cannot reach fnac-updates.fortinet.net but am am able to ping 8.8.8.8. FortiNAC

Hi Natasha

Can you FortiNAC resolve public FQDNs from the configured DNS?

Can you try telnet test to fnac-updates.fortinet.net and updates.bradfordnetworks.com from FNAC's CLI?

    You have to check the network for any type of limitation, DNS or traffic being filtered. You can also try to choose a different protocol that is used to deliver the updates if there are security policies in place.

    As a last resort you can download the image to another system and proceed with the upgrade from a local SCP/TFTP server, some details can be found here.
