Previously i have 5 AP under my WLC9800, then i add some APs and some existing APs is renamed. How Fortinac can sync with the new name and add new APs to the inventory?

HI

Any time you perform updates on Network devices you need to manually perform Resync Interfaces.

I was try to resync the interface but this only affected to the interface not to the discovered AP.

It should resync the AP connected as well.

Do you see any error on Event log related to this Device Ip or FQDN?

The is no event created when i doing the resync interfaces

Try the following commands if it helps:

execute enter-shell

dumpports -ip <WLC IP> -sync

Enable the Device debug and verify on output.master log for any error.

Last resort→ Delete the WLC device from inventory and re-add again to the FortiNAC.
