Fortinac capative portal registration process done faceing issue

When I connect to a wifi as a fortinac configuration redirect to registration portal and then I fill the requirement when the processing done faceing issue in a attachment photo. What is the error and how can i solved to this issue.

Farther I want do know nac guest registration process. What now I know is first when i connect to a wifi I will be got a isolation assign ip righ? then I success the registration process I will got a respective assign vlan right? If that correct how can i do to got a isolation ip first? Further more , if i don't use coa message i do not got a multivlan assign ?

This error appears if the host has failed to be registered under the guest user account, there is no matching network access policy to put the host in guest network, the VLAN sent via RADIUS is not accepted by the AP/WLC or CoA/DM is refused by the WLC. For the self registration to work, at least two different VLANs need to be configured under the SSID (isolation and production).

How can I do remediation if the user was isolated?

There is a configuration on the Scan that can be combined with the registration process. You can choose to do the scanning and registration at the same time:

If the remediation process will require internet access or local access to a WSUS server for example, you can configure the allowed domains and make the appropriate changes in the firewall to allow this traffic.
