I am try to register forti NAC 600 C on our Portal and it was registered without MAC address, this i think it is bug in Fortinet Portal.

please fix it to avoid such as this issues in future.

Hi Abdallahibrahim,

I think you have clicked save before adding the MAC address.
I would suggest you to open a ticket with CS to add the FNAC MAC address.

For FNAC registration it is special, you register it even without MAC, then to get the license you have to enter MAN and UUID once you have them.

Hi AEK,

UUID is not needed when registering a Physical FNAC Appliance.
