Fortimanger license consumption with FortiGate VDOMs

Hello Everyone,

is it possible with the combination FortiManager and FortiGate to configure a root and a management VDOM, where the administration of these two VDOMS with a FortiManager consumpts only one license for the root VDOM and not for the management VDOM?
