Fortimanager VM HA

Hi Folks,

 

Fortimanager VM, latest v6 release on ESXi. Trying to set up HA & its not working. Suspect its because both VMs 'Fortimanager serial number' fields are basically all zeros.

 

I still await licences from Fortinet for these so was hoping to do most of the setup in 15 day trial mode then apply licences. Will this serial change with the licences I wonder? If not what the heck have I done wrong, never remember it being like this in V5!

    I agree with you on this statement. You need to have a valid SN for both FMGs.
