Hello,

I just want to ask if it is possible to override Fortimanager sdwan template.

Network connection changed and I have to change healt-check IP for one device. In device group is multiple devices so I have to make change only for one device.

If it is not possible what is the best way to deal with this situation ?

Thank you

Regards

Peter

I don't see a way to set like "per device" server IP (dynamic object) for ping destinations in Performance SLA setting in a template at least with our 7.2.8 FMG-VM. It doesn't seem to be a dynamic object. I'm afraid you have to clone the current template, rename it, then define a new server IP to be used for specific devices.

However, using a circuit gateway IP (circuit dependent) for performance SLA is not a good strategy, in my opinion, to compare all circuits apple to apple. I recommend using a common destination like Google DNS or others, and use it for all circuits instead. That's why those predefined Default Performance SLA config exist in a new template.
