Fortimanager FortiCare licence

Hello everyone,

I have some issue.

Fortimanager version 7.0.8 cannot see license information on forticare support for all FortiGate 6.4.4. but see for 6.4.3. or any other version.

They are all registered on FortiCare, valid license, with same account.

On device everything is ok.

After upgrade one of them, after version 6.4.11 fortimanager see license information normaly.

Hi @amilojevic ,

There are some FortiGate versions that has this issue as you already encounter.
One of the options is to setup FortiManager as local FGD server and this could solve this issues most of the time.
