FortiManager 5.2.3 - Unable to "block" application

Hi,

I upgraded our FortiManager to 5.2.3 yesterday. And now I noticed a weird behaivor in application control.

It does not push out the "set action block" when you want to block an application, it just skips that line completely, "monitor" and "reset" still works.

Anyone else seeing this ?
