FortiMail-VM sizing

Dear Fortinet Staff

I coouldn't find any information about vCPU processor measured perfomance. 

According to the datasheet, Fortinet guarantees the declared performance for a VM with a vCPU=xx  without specifying or referring to specific processor models, generation, cockspeed. Is it means that this perfommance will be provided on any Intel Xeon processors and AMD processors ?
