Fortimail - User deleted quarentined mail by mistake. Looking to recover the deleted messa
Hope someone can help. We have a Fortimail hosted solution, version 6.0.9 It is working fine. However today a client received a message about mail in quarantine. However instead of clicking the envelope with a green check mark, the user accidentally clicked the rubbish bin, thus deleting the mail. Therefore I am looking for a way to recover the deleted mail. Any assistance would be appreciated.
