FortiMail Upgrade 5.3.X a 6.0.3- Virus Outbreak Protection

We need to upgrade the FortiMail from version 5.3.10 to the latest version 6.0.3, however we faced some issues because of the Virus Outbreak License; currently we do not have license for this feature and additionally after the upgrade we got an increased amount of Spam, it seemed the AntiSpam was not working properly.  Due the criticality of the service, was neccesary to perform the rollback to the previous Firmware version.

In order to avoid issues with the Virus Outbreak License it is neccesary to disable this feature? (System > FortiGuard > Antivirus > Virus Outbreak Protection > Disable).
