Fortimail: System Qarantine and White List

Hy, I have a problem.

 Fortimail : v6.0,build126,181026 (6.0.3 GA)

 

I have a policy, all Emails with Archive going to the System Qarantine after Scan in the Sandbox.

But now i have some Senders in the Safe List, but the Emails still going after the Scan to the System Qarantine.

 

Its possible that only Special Sender from the Safe List going through and all other to the System Qarantine
