Fortimail restore configuration

Hello,

have an old fortimail that im trying to swap with a new appliance. Both are running 6.0.9

backed up the old one and trying to restore on the new appliance and getting and error when restoring saying "server not ready".

Not sure what this error message says. Tried googling but can't find anything.

Can anyone shed some light on why it's not restoring?
